Total Life Assistance™
(TLA)
Provided by Interface EAP, has been created to identify those participants
experiencing issues leading to stress, anxiety, and depression, and
motivate them to seek effective treatment. More than just an Employee
Assistance Program, TLA has several components for the
self-funded health plan. By integrating the EAP with our Mental Health
Care Management and Pharmacy Intervention Protocol (patent pending),
the ROI for TLA is maximized.
Employee Assistance Program
(EAP)
Allows your employees and their family members access to our national network of licensed
counselors for a set number of face-to-face counseling sessions at no charge to them.
Also, legal and financial assistance, and 24/7 phone access to our crisis
counselors are provided.
Behavioral Healthcare
Management (BHM)
Designed for the self-funded employer, these integrated care management services include
not only our EAP but also pre-certification, utilization review, PPO network and
re-pricing of claims.
Pharmacy Intervention Protocol(PIP)
Protocol to identify individuals
experiencing stress, anxiety, and/or depression, and motivate them to seek
effective treatment for addressing the cause of
the problem instead of just masking the symptoms through the consumption
of certain prescription drugs.
The patent pending Pharmacy Intervention Protocol (PIP) is
unique in that it reduces the "disconnect" and improves compliance with
treatment for behavioral health issues. As a result, PIP produces hard
dollar savings (with prescription and medical costs) for the employer.
And because PIP addresses this problem from a quality of care standpoint,
it also produces healthier and more productive employees.
Employer Carve Out (ECO)
With this increasingly popular program, a separately funded plan is managed for all mental
nervous/substance abuse (MN/SA) treatment. The Employer Carve Out allows employers that
offer HMO's, POS plans and/or other multiple health plans to reap the benefits of our
integrated MMHP program.
Enhanced Work/Life Referral Service

Our Work/Life Referral Service is designed to help employees find dependent
care and personal resources that will best suit their needs.
