Since the McDonnell Douglas EAP Financial Offset Study in 1988 reported more than a four-to-one return on investment for the aerospace giant's EAP, numerous studies have supported a savings for EAPs and documented an increased cost offset to the medical plan when mental health problems are not addressed proactively by employers. For employers that are self-funded with their health plan, our integrated program, MMHP, will provide the largest return on your investment. For employers not self-funded, two program options exist for you, EAP only or our ECO. The following links from this section will provide additional information on the savings for each.
